Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking any training courses
These terms and conditions apply to all training courses offered by WingWorks GB, including aviation theory training, practical aircraft training, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) courses.
By booking a training session, you agree to these terms and conditions. WingWorks GB reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect immediately upon posting on our website.
All courses are subject to availability and minimum participant requirements. WingWorks GB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses with reasonable notice.
Certification
All participants receive a certificate in their name as well as their company alias name individually for mutual benefit upon successful completion of the training programme.
Group Booking Discounts
Special discounts are available for group bookings:
- 2 Person Bookings: £850 total (save £50)
- 3 Person Bookings: £1,250 total (save £100)

Booking Terms
- Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your place.
- Confirmation emails will be sent within 24 hours of booking.
Rescheduling Policy
- Dates and times may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
- WingWorks GB will liaise with you directly to re-book at a convenient time.
- Participants may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.
- Emergency rescheduling will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Training Requirements
- Participants must have a stable internet connection for online theory sessions.
- A computer or tablet with camera and microphone is required for interactive sessions.
- Participants must be 18 years or older to attend training sessions.
Training Pathways & Pricing
We offer two distinct practical training pathways to suit your career goals:
Pathway A: Routine Maintenance & Care
1-day intensive course covering exterior washing, protection, and interior cabin care.
Price: £2,250 +VAT per person
Certification: Certified Wingworks Aircraft Valeter
Pathway B: Detailing, Protection & Appearance
2-day comprehensive course covering advanced restoration, machine polishing, ceramic coatings, and premium interior detailing.
Price: £3,500 +VAT per person
Certification: Certified Wingworks Aircraft Detailer
Payment Terms
- All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate
- WingWorks GB reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice
- Payment must be completed within 2 hours of receiving the payment link to secure your date
- Failure to complete payment within the timeframe may result in the date being allocated to another participant
- All bookings are non-refundable once payment is confirmed
Training Locations
- Practical training locations: Bracknell, Manchester, or Leicester
- Location assignment depends on aircraft availability
- Specific location will be confirmed upon booking
- Travel arrangements are the responsibility of participants
Catering & Refreshments
- Lunch and refreshments are provided throughout the training day
- We will request your dietary requirements prior to the session
- Please inform us of any allergies or special dietary needs
- Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available
Health & Safety
- All participants must follow strict health and safety protocols
- Safety equipment and protective clothing will be provided
- WingWorks GB reserves the right to terminate training if participants pose a threat to health and safety
- Participants who fail to comply with safety regulations may be removed without refund
- Any behaviour that endangers aircraft, equipment, or personnel will result in immediate dismissal
- Participants must be physically capable of performing practical tasks safely
Course Launch
PPF training courses are scheduled to launch in October 2025. Course content, pricing, and scheduling are subject to final development and may be updated as we approach the launch date.
Pre-Registration
- Early registration interest can be submitted through our contact form
- Pre-registration does not constitute a binding commitment
- Full terms and conditions for PPF courses will be published closer to the launch date
- Registered parties will be notified of course availability and pricing when finalised
Course Development
- Course curriculum is under development with industry experts
- Training will focus on aviation-specific PPF applications
- 15-year warranty procedures and certification will be included
- Limited spaces will be available for the inaugural course
- WingWorks GB maintains comprehensive public liability insurance
- Participants are covered under our insurance during practical training sessions
- Any damage to aircraft or equipment due to negligence may result in additional charges
- Participants must follow all safety protocols during practical training
- WingWorks GB is not liable for personal items lost or damaged during training
- Participants train at their own risk and must follow all instructions
- All training materials, videos, and documentation remain the property of WingWorks GB
- Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute training content without written permission
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial training purposes
- Certificates and qualifications remain valid subject to continued compliance with industry standards
